Pain Management & Integrated Musculoskeletal Care

What is Pain Management & Musculoskeletal Care?

Our pain-management services use an individualized, non-surgical and integrated approach that combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation, regenerative procedures, and supportive therapies. These treatments can help:

  • Decrease pain
  • Improve function
  • Restore mobility
  • Address factors contributing to your symptoms

Both Dr. Martin and Dr. Adams provide pain-management and musculoskeletal services, with Dr. Tyler Adams primarily focusing his practice within the pain-management realm.

What will my first appointment be like?

New-patient appointments are approximately 90 minutes and generally include:

  • Comprehensive discussion of patient history
  • Discussion of current symptoms
  • Review of medical history, including previous injuries
  • Review of previous imaging and testing
  • Discussion of treatments already attempted
  • Orthopedic examination
  • Neurological examination
  • Chiropractic examination
  • Functional movement assessment

When clinically appropriate and not contraindicated, treatment may begin during your first visit. If Dr. Adams or Dr. Martin determine you need imaging before treatment can safely begin, they will refer you to a local imaging center before proceeding with your care.
