Dr. Martin (Jordan, to her patients) is passionate about helping patients heal at the root of their issue, not just masking their symptoms. Her unique style of treatment combines chiropractic care with functional medicine, rehabilitation, and movement. She’s known across Greeley for her longer, intentional treatments and personalized care plans.

Dr, Jordan studied at Parker University. She is a lifelong athlete, including during her time in college. Her experience with chiropractic care after an injury is what inspired her to become a chiropractor herself.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Jordan exploring Colorado’s outdoors or hanging out with her dogs.

Tyler Adams, DC

Dr. Adams studied at the same chiropractic school as Dr. Jordan! He believes the body was created to heal itself from the inside out—and that precise chiropractic care is the best way to facilitate that process.

In addition to chiropractic work, Dr. Adams loves hockey and being outdoors. When he’s not in the office, he spends time with his family— his wife, two daughters, and their rambunctious German Shepherd, Bishop.

FranKay Marquez

Physical Therapy Coordinator

FranKay brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice with her degree in Physical Therapy and her history as a personal trainer, CNA, and sports medicine clinician for multiple college football teams! She wanted to do even more to help people, which brought her to Health by Design. Seeing the progress her patients make every week is her favorite feeling.

Lincoln Cline

Physical Therapy Technician

Lincoln is the newest addition to our team! He is currently studying Physical Therapy, and you can find him in the office most days of the week. When he isn’t working, Lincoln loves exploring the outdoors and all Colorado has to offer. He is also a fitness enthusiast, an interest he brings to his PT work.

Abigail Thompson

Office Manager

Abigail joined our practice in August. She loves serving and helping people, and we’re happy to have her as the first smiling face you see when you walk in the door at Health by Design. Married for 19 years and mom to 5 kids, Abigail’s family is her world. She extends that same care to our family of patients.

Taylor Henderson

Marketing Director

Taylor is a patient-turned-employee for the practice. With a background in English (and fencing!), Taylor helps spread the word about all our offerings at Health by Design. You can find her sending newsletters, posting pictures, and forcing the staff to make videos for our socials.
